.unfortunately, some companies seem to be stuck in the 2000's.when the guy who was writing code would also be charged with creating a gui, among many other things.Like Cubase. I would like to invite all the top steinberg guys to a meeting, run cubase on a 2560.1440p or 3840.2160p, like many many users do, and then, i would ask them, ex, 'can you open a plugin or vst instrument.and now, PLEASE TRY to click on those previous-next preset/sidechain/R-W/etc freakin 2-pixels-large icons/buttons!seriously.at 2560.1440, it already requires a lot of patience, to try to AIM and mouse-hover those microscopic icons. I don't even dare imagining what it can be,at 4k.5k.i am sure they ALL would say 'why are those icons so tiny.when there is all that free space, on the top of the window? 'How can they leave such elements, icons, buttons, that are used countless times during a session, so so small? Are the QA people afraid of telling the truth to the managers 'hey, we should make those icons much bigger!'

I have installed this, launched it and gave it another try.that drop down menu to choose your vst to insert a new instrument track in a daw of such a 'pretended level' in 2019 is a very gross joke and a spit in the face!.its like what the fuck, are you still in 2001??? Sorry, no and no! I just can't.thanks goodness for having blessed us with Studio One.since 2008, 'i should know (.)'-my DAW and stuff i produce is Waves, Izotope and T-Racks FREE, that's because i'm sold out to UAD. Thanks for sharing! It's not a competitor to Studio one in terms of ergonomics. Sorry, but I think that their GUI designer never used a DAW in his whole life. Seems like They just brought the most famous designer they could find, without any context to the actual job.
Manny product managers do that lately just to insure their ass. Then they'll say:'don't look at me. I hired the best guy on the market.
I couldn't know he's such a fucked up'. Well, the problem starts and ends with the product manager. Presonus'es one lives this world and it's visiable.
